Terms and Conditions for Go To Morocco

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any tour or activity with Go To Morocco (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a tour or activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All tour and activity bookings are managed directly by our team.
- Inquiry and Program: The customer initiates the booking by sending an inquiry via email, specifying the desired tour, dates, and number of participants. Our team will respond directly via email (specifically contact@go-to-morocco.com or idbelproducts@gmail.com) with a detailed program proposal and the total cost.
- Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required Advance Payment (deposit).
2. Payment Policy
We offer flexible and secure payment options for all bookings.
- Advance Payment (Deposit): A non-refundable advance payment of at least 20% (twenty percent) of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to reserve necessary services.
- Remaining Balance: The outstanding balance is due upon arrival in Morocco, unless otherwise specified in your program confirmation email.
- Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:- PayPal
- Direct Bank Transfer (Account details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.)
 
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is based on the date we receive written notification of the cancellation via email.
- Cancellation under 1 Month: If the customer cancels the booking less than 1 (one) month (30 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, the 20% advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable.
- Cancellation over 1 Month: If the customer cancels more than 1 (one) month (30 days) prior to the scheduled start date, the deposit may be partially or fully refunded, depending on non-recoverable costs already incurred by Go To Morocco (such as prepaid hotel deposits or permits).

5. Tour Modifications
Go To Morocco reserves the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary, accommodation, or travel arrangements if unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, road closures, or local events) necessitate a change for the safety or comfort of the client. We will inform the client of any significant changes as soon as possible.
6. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and all necessary travel documents required for entry and travel within Morocco.
